The following subjects will be addressed and discussed during the retreat:

Moral Principles (Yama)

- Nonviolence (Ahimsa)

- Truthfulness (Satya)

- Honesty (Asteya)

- Chastity (Brahmacarya)

- Desirelessness (Aparigraha)

First and foremost you learn to say STOP to all the current habits and conditioning in the areas of violence, lies, theft, unchastity and desire within yourself.

This will allow you to get more inner peace.

Moral Ideals (Niyama)

- Purity (Śaucha)

- Satisfaction (Santosha)

- Sobriety (Tapas)

- Self Study (Svadhyaya)

- Surrender (Ishvara Pranidhana)

Subsequent we try to create a firm foundation in our being by understanding what purity, satisfaction, target orientation, Self study and surrender contain.

Asana

Without a doubt, by correct performance of the physical poses you will get: health, suppleness and strength. Starting points are step 1 and 2.

Subtle anatomy

We do not only have a physical body. Everybody knows we also have thoughts, emotions and intuition. Until now no one has been able to explain clearly and exactly how these aspects of energy fit together. Nobody was aware of the precise relationship between mind and matter. This information has now been brought back to the attention by Śri Yogācārya Ajīta Mahārāja. It has been tested and tackled from a scientific point of view, as Yoga teaches us to do so. You will receive a digital copy of this very valuable spiritual knowledge prior to the start of the course.

We believe that Yoga should be available for everyone. After registration you will be asked to voluntarily contribute for the less fortunate. We use these extra funding to organize a retreat that is free of charge. This contribution will be added to the course fee.
