For the lessons we mainly use the books of grand master Śri Yogācārya Ajīta Mahārāja from The Rāja Yoga Institute in Ilpendam.

The value of the content of these books is unprecedented and recognized by the International Yoga Federation (IYF). Ajita received honorary membership in 2003 for his exceptional training. He is also one of the Federation's permanent advisers and chairman of the European Yoga Council.

The IYF represents the interests of 400 million yoga practitioners worldwide and oversees the quality of yoga education.
