Practical Information

  • Wear comfortable clothes and bring a pen, paper and a smile. Mats, pillows, blankets and other aids are provided.

  • Do not consume any food or liquids at least half an hour before class starts.

  • For maximum results, I advise you to attend at least 80% of the classes and stick to the specified homework schedule.

  • If you have physical complaints at the start of a class, are menstruating or pregnant, then please inform your teacher so that modifications can be advised.

  • If your group course does not have enough registrations, it will be canceled and you will receive a refund of the paid tuition fees. You will receive a notification about this.

  • When you have registered for a course, you owe the full course fee. This also applies if you quit prematurely or join later.
